Automax
Mark 3 folding systems are available in a variety of capacities
and sizes, ranging from
18-gauge to 10-gauge mild steel bending capacity and 16
to 40 feet lengths. It's high speed hydraulic system
and precision bending components yield fast reliable part
production. The Automax uses a
Windows® based Orion CNC control system with an Intel®
Pentium® processor and a touch-based
graphical user interface and has the capability to store
over one million part programs on it's 10 gigabyte hard
drive.

PRIMELINE
Press Brakes are constructed of steel plate weldments amply-sized
for the rigidity and stability to fully withstand the applied
pressing forces and to keep deflection at the lowest possible
level. They are fully hydraulic, with downstroking rams
and utilize proven torsion-bar design for ram parallelism.
The hydraulic system incorporates two cylinders and a high
volume pump to assure quiet operation and is located for
easy access. Cylinder pistons are ground, hard-chrome plated.
Mechanical depth stops, which are built into the cylinders,
are infinitely adjustable, and thus assure the highest level
of repeatability and trueness of bend along the entire bed
length. An electronic digital readout indicates the position
of the stops. Stroke length can be adjusted and controlled.
Two speed ram advance is standard. Controls are contained
in a swiveling console mounted on the machine for convenient
operation; and, there is also a movable pedestal with two-hand
(palm button) control and emergency stop button. Electrics
are for 3-phase, 60 Hz, 220/440 volt, with low voltage at
the controls.
